  1. I know most cheeses are okay, but I have never been able to confirm that parmesan cheese is gluten free. Can anyone help me out on this? Thanks
  2. I got the following back after I inquired about whether Altoids are Gluten Free? Corn gluten is not a problem, correct? Thank you for writing to inquire about ingredients used in Wrigley products. The following is a list of U.S. Wrigley products that remain free of any wheat, oat, rye or barley gluten: Wrigley's Spearmint® gum, Freedent® g...
  3. I go to the Sam's on Old Hickory right off of I-40 west of downtown.

I had mono about 3 years ago and never really recovered. One of my mono-like symptoms, in addition to fatigue and headaches (the primary problems), was thirst. I often...
  8. I'm a new Celiac (about 5 weeks) and have decided not to eat out for the first three to four months just so I can be 100 percent sure that everything I eat is Gluten Free. But my parents were in town last week and we went to Fleming's Steakhouse (in Nashville) to celebrate their anniversary. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this place. I asked to...
