    I'm new to this also but a lot of people have told me to just eat more foods that are naturally gluten-free like fruits and veggies instead of always substituting.

    I am wondering if there are any books out there that contain any more infoormation about Celiac and perhaps recipes...are they worth buying? I've been told to get "The Gluten Free Bible" and the "Gluten Free Gourmet" what do y'all think?

    I eat the Envirokidz Koala Crisp and they don't give me a problem...but I was just wondering if they have given others a problem.

    The Ortho Evra Patches are gluten free...and I never had a problem with them...just wanted to add my two cents!

    Jen, You had mentioned earlier about the California Baby products I saw some of them at Whole Foods but none of their lotions, do they carry it else where? I talked to the manager and he said that he didn't know they even had lotions but that he would look into getting some. Thanks!

    I am in Austin but I too have been recently diagnosed and am learning as I go! I am getting information on the Alamo Celiac support group. That's about all I have right now. Angela
