  10. Hey guys, I apologize if this has been addressed before, but I flipped back a few pages and didn't see it. For those of you that have soy issues, what made you think you might? Did you get tested or just eliminate it and see if it got better? And if I the latter, what are some common hidden sources of soy? Thanks!
  11. I was at a GNC booth before a race and asked numerous questions about all the samples before taking one. One guy handed me a cup of energy drink and started by saying its gluten free so I took a sip, then proceeded to say "it's made from barley" -- I handed that back faster than you can say NOT GLUTEN FREE.   12. What a great idea: I am thankful that Celiac has forced me to learn to cook (although very basic things) and eat more healthily in general, instead of sticking to pre-packaged/processed food. I am also grateful that my diagnosis led to THREE family members getting diagnosed. All are on the (albeit frustrating) road to health now! One was my little sister...
  13. I find that big meals make it worse after I've been glutened because feeling full triggers an even worse bloating feeling - like I'm about to pop! So I try to eat little, mostly-bland meals for a few days. Munching on nuts and gluten-free crackers and things feels better for me. But everyone's different, so that's just a suggestion.
  14. I feel like I have this ALL the time, not just when I'm glutened. It's making work very difficult
