    NO!!! I don't even know if my family is exchanging gifts this year. I suppose I really SHOULD ask my mom, lol. I figure I'll go out and get some gift cards or something. I haven't had any energy to even THINK about it much less do it, and same here with the medical expenses and vacation expenses.

    I've had three this year alone and I agree, it really wasn't bad at all. I think they are required to tell you those things if it's happened to even one person, but really, hundreds of people have them done every day without problems. I remember nothing at all about any of mine, so the worst part for me was getting the IV in...and even that wasn't too bad...

    Thanks...there were a gazillion kiddies at Disneyworld of course, and they weren't being hunted down with hand sanitizers like on the ship, lol. Hoping it's only a cold. Throat feels slightly better after the tea, so pretty sure it isn't strep cuz nothing seemed to help THAT last year, lol.

    Judy - praying for a good, productive appointment for you today! I'm kind of excited about it, lol. You're going very well prepared, so I'm very hopeful! Grrrr...woke up today with a bad sore throat. I'm staying home from work cuz I'm not feeling good, but really can't afford to stay home...after vacation I only have 3 days (well 2 after today) of time...

    Me too. I registered there a couple of weeks ago, but haven't posted...may not post there until I find out for sure that Lyme is really even a possibility, but I've been reading (well, up until I went on vacation, lol).

    I did this one too...it did help a lot when I did. It was one of the two times in the past few years that I felt really good and had no major health issues.

    Definitely had gluten free pancakes!!! But not shaped like mickey mouse head, lol, although my friend kept trying to get me to ask for them so she could have the mouse head shaped container they serve them in. I saw several kiddies get them though...and believe me, I am not above asking for mouse shaped pancakes, but for some reason just didn't, lol....

    It was Princess, and the ship we were on this time was the Coral Princess. I did have to remind them a couple of times of what "gluten" was, lol, but they got it when I said no wheat, oats, rye or barley.

    Yes, I've decided I LOVE cruising and need to do 3 more short ones so I can get free Internet to keep up with this thread, lol. I neglected to say welcome to all the recent new posters who aren't so new anymore now that I've been gone so long, lol.

    Several people here have...I'm going through it now. I've had two of four quadrants done and will have the other two done in January (my dentist divides the mouth into four quadrants and does all the amalgam in the quadrant, so last time I had two crowns and two fillings done and the time before that had one crown and one filling done). I haven't noticed...

    Hi everyone, I'm BAAAAACCCCKKKKK! Got in at 2:00 this morning, and got to bed around 3:00 a.m. so I'm just hanging out...only got about 3 hours of sleep, but apparently they were good ones cuz I don't feel that bad today. I'll write more about my time in Disneyworld later--THEY ROCK with food intolerances! Okay, going back into the murkey missed...

    Hello everyone from somewhere in the Caribbean! This will probably be my last post for a few days...we're on our way back to Ft. Lauderdale...should get there sometime very early tomorrow morning. Then it's off to Disneyworld for 4 days. Talk to you when I get back.

    The electric mattress pad I have is like a fitted bottom sheet...it has the formed elasticized sides, so it wouldn't be very portable. I put that on then a fitted sheet, so yep, except for the sheet you lay right on top of it. I supposed you could lay directly on it, but the sheet is very washable, whereas, not so sure about the pad, lol. Anyway, I also...
