    Yeah, we've lost a lot of people from the choir since I've been a member, some I knew better than others, but it's kind of like family even if you don't know them well.     I've been thinking about bart too because my feet have been hurting more too...like the bottoms of my feet. It's not plantar faciitis--I've had that before. Hum, maybe a couple of days I took extra banderol, but only like 1 drop. I'm only taking 5 drops twice a day, and I think one day I accidentally put in 6 drops, lol.
