  1. I'm right handed, but I can write with my left hand too...just not quite as neat as my right is. Haven't tried painting with my left hand, but maybe things would look better if I did.
  2. Forgot to at this! I think these kinds of nuts are okay...at least I don't have a reaction to them, YET!
  3. Hum, I am taking some herbal stuff for the lyme now, and I just added in ALA too, so I guess that all could be working together somehow to stir things up...possibly coincidental to the shoulder fiasco. The pain IS usually in the same joints...the right wrist, the right knee (with sometimes a bit in the left knee) and the left neck/head/shoulder area.
  4. Aw Barbara, hope you feel better soon!
  5. Okay, two days down with no nuts or nut butters! Now, (and not saying this is connected with the nut butter thing, although it would be nice to blame the troubles of the world on my lack of nut butter consumption) I am having random joint pain...it seems more connected to that stupid injection on Friday. My knees USED to ache very badly before I went...
  6. Wow Lisa, sounds like a good appointment! I'm glad she is waiting for some of the stuff and not having you take it all at once! I don't know about the enzymes...I'm leary of them all, but that's just me. The one's I was taking didn't seem to hurt me, at least I didn't have immediate reactions to them, but I don't know in the long run what they were...
  7. Well, I am definitely NOT skinny, so you have some company in the non-emaciated club.
  8. Got it! Thanks Laura! Well shucks! Someday it will happen.
  9. Sure, that'd be great! Thanks...I saw your post after my marathon reply post.
  10. Wow Barbara! How do you feel about this? I am not officially diagnosed with celiac, but I do have a gluten intolerance and I have a Celiac gene, so will have to stay away from gluten most likely for life.
  11. Well, even though I've been feeling really good today, I tried to do an upper body workout with very light weights, but my shoulder hurt too much so had to cut it short. Did hop on my rebounder though. Rachel - I can usually open PDFs here at home, but I can't open that one...it must be big. If someone hasn't posted about it by tomorrow morning...
  12. Kimberly, so very happy you found your ring and that your dad is doing well!
  13. Yes, good first step and yes, definitely a dentist who specializes in amalgam removal. There are precautions that need to be taken...at a minimum, the dentists needs to use a rubber dam to prevent amalgam from going down the throat and from flying around, also a good vacuum/suction system, which ideally should be vented to somewhere other than where you...
  14. Can't be too much of a Tom Clancy fan because I don't think it can ever be CLEAR and present danger with me! Hum, I think I could find a way to get the jars off the attach geese...I'm clever that way. Besides...they don't attack us silly...just the auxigro or people who try to smuggle in contraband (okay, I guess in this case contraband can apply...
  15. Exactly! Glad your herx is done with for the moment!
  16. Congratulations, that is fantastic!!!
  17. Okay, put up my chubby little self. Note the look... or maybe it's closer to ! Anyway, I had a string of baby photos with that same look.
  18. I still have all the ones I did at home...the ones I did at work are history I think...may have one or two still. I'll go check. Barbara, let us know how it goes!!!
  19. Lisa!!!! Good luck at the appointment today!!!! I'm still excited for you! Ha, never knew that's how you pronounced the nasty little keets. Yes, and I suppose if one has lyme brain normally and is experiencing a herx at the same time, lymherxify could be used. Then we would know to use very short two word sentences. Done now...
  20. Okay all, I propose a new word for the Rachelville dictionary! Lymify...similar to clarify, but with the added understanding that should we ask for lymification we are asking for clarification but said restatement should strive for simplicity, formatting ease of read (i.e., not more than 2-3 sentences in a paragraph), etc. An alternative word might...

    ARCHIVED Wow

WOW, this is HUGE Judy! I like the new colors too.
  22. I've been taking MB-12 tablets for months now...I was buying it from Anna, but when I had my second appointment with Dr. S I bought one that he had at his office because I couldn't remember if Anna's was MB-12 or just regular B-12. I finally ran out of the one Anna gave me, and started taking this new one. Anna was having me take 2 tablets twice a day,...
  23. My toes are bright aqua blue...the bottle looked a lot more blue than it looks on my toes. Still a nice BRIGHT aqua blue. I'm not sure I'm going to make it with no nut butter today...I'm craving it fiercely! That in itself should tell me something, but, well, I have a habit of not listening to myself. Rachel - I have a rebounder and I LOVE...
  24. Rachel - while I'm not excited that you have to have shots, lol, I AM excited that your treatment is moving forward!!! That is truly exciting!
  25. Oh Rachel, that's very interesting about rotating the supplements! I'm going to ask about that too when I see him on Tuesday. I started taking ALA yesterday...that was one of the ones he wanted me to start during this last 6 weeks. I have now started all but one of the ones he wanted and the EFA which I can't seem to tolerate. And part 2 ...
