    Ranger, I can relate! I have been a type one diabetic for thirty-six years, and was diagnosed with celiac four years ago. I have always had fairly tight control, but after going gluten-free I could really notice changes - - my blood sugar now rarely if ever spikes up inexplicably and I have no more strange readings that I cannot trace to anything I've eaten...

A "weak" positive is a positive, and false positives are almost unheard of, unlike false negatives, which are not uncommon.
