The possible link you mention, veggienft, between the new food sensitivities that many celiacs develop when going gluten-free and fungal invasion makes good sense to me.     OMG..........I had an MRI of me brain done two summers ago (that's BRAIN, not BRIAN.......hmmmm....might be nice to have him MRI'd.... ) and the neurologist showed me these incredible pics of the results - - lots of squished-up jelly material, some cloudy stuff that could explain a number of my traits, and some equally telling, I'm sure, empty spaces. Taking Jack for his first two-hour tennis lesson this am, and Sophie to her hockey camp (yep, serious Canuck kids do it all year - - quite an odd thing, standing in an arena, shivering and pulling a jacket over myself, while it is 90 sweltering degrees just outside the doors)........
