    I am often a lazy slag in the kitchen, so if there are ever any steps that can be successfully removed from a recipe, I've found them.     I think I've figured out why I am suddenly inundated with telephone/electrical line interference (about 30 minutes ago, my microwave oven suddenly died. It's only a year old)... ... .I think a mini-flipover, say, at the 500-mark, can cause this. I've just rolled over 2500. This is the reason, I am sure. God, I hope my car is working.

    Just got back from an open house at the beautiful camp that Jack is going to for the first time this summer, an hour away in cottage country - - absolutely beautiful, and The Ripper will have an amazing time. In many ways I must say he's an amazing kid. A very different child, very bright, very mature for his years, has interests that belie his age... ....

It's all okay phone-line wise.....huh, very odd......last night our phone line kept cutting in and out, would become very static-ey and then would be silent....then back on but a faint static...then a constant busy signal (?).....now 'tis poifect.
