    I was another silent celiac, and shocked by my diagnosis - - absolutely no symptoms other than low iron (but what middle-aged, menstruating woman isn't low in iron?). Now, however, I get all of the classic symptoms when accidentally glutened, plus, at times, the "non-classic" ones - - headache, fatigue.... It is truly amazing to contemplate this fascinating...
