    If you don't have a good gut feeling, I'd pass. If you suspect that it's a job you would not enjoy, I do think I'd turn it down. I guess it all depands on how well you are assessing your like/dislike of said position. During the interview you can find out exactly what the job will involve, and who you'll be with. Then you can go away and figure out how...
