  1. Hmmmmm, let's see.....trouble with the area between the shirt and the pants....and the sash is, well, kinda girly.....perhaps this is why the bloke looks, well, sad...defeated...girlfriend has FORCED him to put this sash on, as she made it for him as a birthday gift. "Honey, why are you looking so miserable? It really looks elegant and striking....it's the...
  2. OMG. . . ..another sash -- and around OPEN FLAME... . . ... . .. ..
  3. What a great mention of you and your illustrious past, POeter! Appears that you were The Oracle even back then..... Vynceghnt, that is a fascinating graphic....those two girls seem mesmerized by that impressive sceptre, as if it is guiding them, magically, somewhere.....now, the dark girl had best tuck in that sash -- it is just waiting to get...
  4. No! What excellent news, Patteigh! Sorry to hear about DS, Loweeeee......he sounds like a winner, though -- he'll get something fantastic!
  5. Thanks, Psills.... Jack is, of course, shocked and grieving, but completely understood that we had to do what we did, without waiting.
  6. Best of luck, Vyncheghnt! Well, a truly sad weekend. We suddenly had to rush our big, beautiful brown tabby gentleman into the vet to have him put to sleep yesterday afternoon. Even when an animal is well into seniorhood, it is ALWAYS a shock -- an unexpected, horrible surprise, it seems. Liver failure.....nothing could be done. The truly awful part...
  7. OMG, yes....on a day like this, with so much HORRIBLE news happening minute by minute, it is so nice to have a happy turkey respite....only in Psillyville!
  8. Hope all is okay, POeter...... Rob was here in Ottawa on Monday night reading from Red Planet Blues at the Clocktower Pub. Jack was very disappointed that he could not go as he had an important vocal lesson. Jack visits Rob's website regularly, and has chatted with him on fb......a real fan....!
  9. ...Got this in an email from a good friend today: Ever walk into a room with some purpose in mind, only to completely forget what that purpose was? Turns out, doors themselves are to blame for these strange memory lapses. Psychologists at the University of Notre Dame have discovered that passing through a doorway triggers what's known as an event boundary...
  10. Loweeeee! Selia (AND Nicki, in particular) is SO lucky to have you.........you are an angel to them, whether it is realized or not. . We're having car troubles, too......and, again, NOT the battery..... ... . .. .....so I hear ya, Leeeeesargh.... ...
  11. Way to go, Vyncyeghnt....how exciting for you!
  12. Pattiegh, that's perhaps THEEEE bext spelling I've seen here..... . ..
  13. Wow....looks awesome, Vynghscent! Superb sets and costumes....was that you, the bearded guy, at the end? OMG.....DH's birthday in two weeks.....perfect timing.....
  14. Next time you two are together, Bughnnie, please take a pic of his thumb(s), and then clandestinely post it here....these are the kinds of things that we Psills ALL need to be apprised of...
  15. Interesting....I'm just thinking about what I would do, were a male in the class to walk in with his shorts either unzipped or askew enough to have....something....visible. Well, it would depend..... .. . ..if it were obvious that the guy had no idea, I think I would quietly say something to him. If he appeared to have deliberately arranged his clothing...
  16. NO! Gawd.....not even any of the women, a few whom I know, came rushing over to cover me up or warn me..... . .. . ......and NONE of the men said a word. Not even, "Aaaaaaauuuuuuuuugh!! Get me outta here!!" I'm thinking that there's a good chance nobody noticed.
  17. Hmmm...I suspect that Patteigh's leakage is not from 'er head.....at least, if she's like ME during a violent coughing bout.... About seven guys were in this class.....I know all of them, and I cannot decide whether this makes it any less horrific for me...
  18. Okay. Yesterday I was jumping around in my regular aerobics class, at the front of a group of about thirty other gym rats. Halfway through, the music stopped so we could get water. I was sweat-soaked, so I began to walk quickly about, and as is my habit, lifted up the entire front of my T shirt to wipe my face and head. I realized probably TEN SECONDS LATER...
  19. And I totally agree with you Jyess, this is the best group ever!
  20. Wow, sounds like a marvelous project, Vyncegnht! It would be great if you could put a clip or two of it onto youtube, for us ALL ta see....
