    yes! i have tried them over and over...definite problem. Not sure why but after researching it have concluded it is because of potatoes, which are incompatible too. They belong to the Nightshade vegetables which includes tomatoes, eggplant and peppers. check them out online... causes distress in humans in general

    For me, it is not just gluten... My whole autoimmune system is messed up and to make a long story short I am only eating fresh meats and only certain vegetables... Notably lettuce and tomatoes.     Response is pretty quick... Usually only a few minutes for some symptoms but I'll notice gas and bloating a while later and muscle tightness and joint paint even later.
