Thank you Manasota, I don't think the doctors will be quite so dismissive, but I am worried about how much beating about the bush I will have to listen to before we get to the nitty-gritty of the subject. Yes I see. I was just wondering, if with practice you guys can gauge when you have contaminated yourselves by your symptoms, or is it more a case any of these symptoms can pop up whenever until your system is gluten free?
