Anyone get reoccuring urinary tract infections maybe as a link to gluten or other food allergy? I used to get them frequently, about once a month, but then I've been clear for about a year, now I've had 3 again in the past 5 months. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issues? This concerns me. I've never heard of H Pylori before now, but I get those crazy hunger pains all the time. I eat about 6 times a day and it definitely makes me feel better after I eat. What other symptoms can occur?

I will get night sweats too...I used to get them all the time before going gluten-free. Now if I accidentially ingest it I'll get cramps or I call them charley-horse in my feet and I'll get nose bleeds too - which I think is weird. So pretty much anytime something weird happens I contribute it to gluten. What helps if I accidentally ingest it, I'll drink...

A natural form of medication is Ginger Root. I haven't tried this, but my good friend uses it often for her reflux. She gets it in pill form from the Heath Food Store. Emily
