  1. It sounds to me like he is having typical reactions! All you can do now since you are waiting for tests is WAIT, you can not change his diet before the scope or blood tests or they will not be right. But after you get the test results, pos or neg, I would put him on a natural Gluten-free diet, just fresh meats and veggies, no pre-packaged snacks or anything...
  2. The only thing I use as bread are Vans Gluten Free waffels, Kinda strange but I love um! I just pop them in the toaster and do what I want with them like: PB&js, Mini Pizzas, turkey melts, garlic bread, hamburgers, or whatever kind of sandwich I want. But I make my burgers and sandwiches open, just one waffel, and they are not sweet so even though it...
  3. I know I would be making new friends if I met someone else with celiac disease! I have only met 1 other and she did not follow her diet, so that was no fun! I never put the two together but now (almost 5 years later) I just stopped getting depo shots because I am wondering if the Depo could have caused the onset of the celiac disease symptoms. I know that Depo has caused many women BIG problems...

They were bought for me and they are things that I didnt eat much of before I was gluten-free so I dont really need them cause I wont ever use them.
