  1. Thanks for posting this Lisa. I miss Hidden Valley Ranch. It was always my favorite.
  2. OMG Janet, I have not seen Kaboom in years! I am always on the look out for it.
  3. Wow, Ursa, I am very sorry to hear this, There are so many things happening in your life right now too, with the birth of the new baby and all. I will keep you guys in my prayers and hopefully you can get through to them....I hate when people do no understand the full extremes of celiac.

  7. Hi and Welcome to the board! I am a neighbor from PA! We don't have Kroger or a Whole Foods, so a trip to Whole Foods (Baltimore) is a treat. I am not sure if you bought them but the Biscuits by Whole Foods gluten free bakehouse are to die for!
  8. Hi Sillies, sorry to be so distant today. I was not feeling the best. Then tonight together John and I made this wonderful dinner and everything was safe too....and I was soo sick! I am still not the best but better than before. I am thinking it is stress, worrying about work and how I detest it, worrying about the problems with the neighbors, a million things...
  9. Happy Birthday Girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. I am sitting here dreading going back to work tomorrow.....no matter how many good days I have I just do not want to go back to that place....
  11. When you have lab work done there are ranges, if a test is a slight elevation it means the bloodwork is high, not a variance in a lab normal. A lot of bloodwork has specific ranges for males/females and for age groups as well. The ranges may vary from lab to lab but this is all dependent on the type of instrument and method that particiluar lab is using....
  12. Oh Susie...sorry to hear about this. Maybe this is her way of dealing with chang? My neighbor below has a german sheppard who is about 1, so still a puppy. Well, she gave birth to an adorable baby boy in October, Landen. Sometimes, Ali the dog still acts up, goes after the baby's clothes and tosses them about..etc. She is very protective of the baby and...
  13. Both of my cars had that warranty. They honor it as long as you keep up on the maintence. So you have a book which is maintence log and you always should record oil changes and such. Especially if you do not have them done at Hyundai. I always have mine done at other garages.
  14. Good Advice Deb, Actually he was a minor when he went on probation and I believe he spent time in juvenile jail last winter. So he has been a minor. He is only 18ish now. The mother is not supposed to have him living here but he keeps coming back.
  15. This week I ate at Red Robin twice once on Thursday at the Scranton/Dickson City one and then tonight at the Harrisburg, Jonestown Road/Route 22 location. I was so happy both time. Each time I pulled my waitress aside to order, and both said they were very aware of gluten free. It is nice to not have the gluten? What's that? look. Thursday I got the...
  16. I know I am having my picture taken for Wegmans on the 15th. We have been planning all last week. I noticed they are very on top of things. I have done it to John without him knowing.....he didn't like it So the surprise was dinner and some time at The Colliseum, which is a bar/sports complex....with arcade games. There is bowling there...
  17. I so want to go ice-skating! That sounds fun Emily! We are going to dinner soon and then maybe bowling. I cannot wait until warmer weather comes, it makes your weekend options grow.
  18. The neighbor kids have gone too far. Some of you know we have been having problems with my neighbors grown child (18-19) yr old and his friends. I think I told you guys about them partying all night this summer. Our rental office did nothing to help. In August, they broke up into my neighbors apartment below us. We live in a nice complex, they call it luxury...
  19. Well one of John's best surprises was when he took me to Atlantic City and proposed on the beach. He had planned to do it on top of the Lighthouse there but the lighthouse closed for some odd reason that day. Other surprises were just little sweet gestures. I'll keep you guys posted.
  20. Anyone have any exciting plans this weekend? John says he has a surprise planned tonight. I am dying to know what it is.
  21. Everyone I know always has problems with their Saturns, they are always in the shop. Here is another Hyundai's, the tires last forever and so do the brakes. Everything I go to the garage to get the oil changed (I do it at my dad's friends place) we always try to rotate the tires and check the brakes and they always look brand new. My Sante Fe is always...
  22. Not a problem from a gluten standpoint. Welcome to the board!
  23. I was an egg donor two years ago and my first visit was much like a gyn appointment. I am not sure if this helps or not.
