hellooo i started my gluten-free diet 2 days ago, i didnt expect to feel better just though, and i dont, im just throwinf that in. However, i was wondering if anyone here feels the same as i do. IAM exhausted when i wake up in th mronings, even after 8-9 hrs of sleep, i cant think straight, i cant focus on work, i feel tired and weak, i am an emotionally... -
Does it really get better??? how long did it take you to feel better???? Im soo sick of this... I wake up drained and exhausted every morning...not full of energy or refreshed and i sleep atleast 8 hours. does anyone else feel this too? lem. karen, thanks for ur advice. how long did it take u to start to feel better? lemonade

Everytime i eat something, about 10 mins later, i get nausea, and and a really bad stomach ache. I also get chills sometimes. Does anyone else feel this too??? Lemonade

Does anyone ever feel this way? Sometimes I run to bathroom, like i have to go poop but i sit there and NOTHING comes out. The feeling is there like i have to go, but nothing comes out, no matter what i do. Other times I do go, and have a normal poop but after, I still feel like i need to go more, but nothing is there? On the topic of mouth sores, HAs anyone gotten blood blisters on there tongue or in there mouth? I had blood blisters on my tongue and in the inside of my mouth. They really hurt. I have sores on my tongue, that have turned into cuts. Anyone have the same problem? Lemonade -

Hello I havent been diagnosed as of this second with celiac disease, because I just went for the blood work this morning, but I have many, if not ALL of the symptoms, related to celiac disease. Im pretty sure they are testing for all the components above. I just had a blood test for celiac disease this morning, the results are to be in in a couple days. I am going to try gluten free today. However, I am feeling really overwelmed with what i can and cant eat, hidden glutens etc...I am going to start a new thread becasue i have many many questions...
