  1. Open Original Shared Link If you can handle soy, this is a great one. I used it even before I was diagnosed because it blends super well in a blender and doesn't leave a gritty taste. And if you are watching your calories, it has no sugar or fat, so you can add artificial sweeteners as you like.
  2. According to the demo version of Gluten Guard, which I am thinking about buying, it was the refried beans. I'm so bloated I look like I could pop!

I made a chicken casserole with rice (walmart off-brand), salsa (Pace brand), chicken, black beans (walmart off-brand), fat-free vegetarian refried beans (Taco Bell brand) and red enchilada sauce (Pace brand). I cannot figure out where the gluten was hiding! I know it wasn't in the rice or chicken, and the rest of the cans didn't have anything obviously...
