    I believe the Phish Food flavor is gluten free. According to their website, they specifically state that if a product contains gluten it will be listed as either "wheat" or "flour". The ingredients for Phish Food ice cream list neither. However, I would double-check with the company.

    Believe me, I did look deeper. If cutting soy from my diet is going to make me turn out like you than I think I will start adding more soy products.     I have been tested for soy allergies/intolerances both of which I do not have. When I was younger I had a severe intolerance to lactose along with an allergy to all cow's milk.     Hi, I was wondering if anyone could suggest some yogurt that is both gluten free and fat free, as well as, having no added sugar? I know that Atkins yogurt is or used to be at least but are there any other brands? Thanks.

    Personally, I feel better when consuming soy products.

    I've heard the negativity about soy...but isn't their adverse effects to almost everything? I mean one week we are supposed to eat soy and the next we should avoid it. My doctor tells me to consume soy products to help with inflammation.

    In the past I have heard that Ricola cough drops are gluten free. However, I noticed on their website that it claims their products have "less that 0.01% gluten" and it recommends that one checks with their doctor regarding whether or not they should eat this product. I don't think it is, but I just want to double-check....Is less than 0.01% acceptable...

Since the frosting that I had wasn't brand new I thought that maybe it was still from the batch that was supposedly gluten free. I decided to contact the company...
