  4. I just had the same thing! I started Enbrel which suppreses your immune system for arthritis. They did a bunch of tests and I have been gluten free since like 2003 ish. Well he flat out told me I was not doing well on my diet. He said that if it does not say gluten free or you have not researched the product and know its gluten free then it does not go in...
  5. Bards was discontinued for awhile. It had a yeast problem. New Grist right now is the only one I can get my hands on. It serves its purpose. I LOVED dark beers so its just not the same. But when you need a beer they work. Never heard of the other one you listed.
  6. My pump is the hospitals..Medela Symphony. I am pumping every 3 hrs no matter how long she can go without eating.
  7. I followed up with lactation and did go to la leche meeting. I never thought I would become so obsessed with my own boobies . We are still pumping away. La Leche agreed with lacation and said she is indeed ineffectively BFing, and I have a low supply and its like which came 1st chicken or the egg... they suggested medications, and I wont take them..I am...
  8. My baby is "ineffective" breast feeder (from lactation). She only gets out .5 oz from both breasts. So at first they were making me nurse, then pump, then feed her the remainder from the pump..well she kept losing weight and you can imagine all the time that took. So we moved to pumping to get my supply "up" somewhat and then maybe she would nurse better...
  9. So I now am a proud momma of a 3 week old. I planned on breast feeding and now I dont know if it will happen for me. Is there a link to celiac and low supply issues. Maybe I dont get enough food, nutrients etc to sustain my milk. I have been to the lacation MANY times and they never talked about celiac..they did mention my PCOS could have an effect but...

  11. There is a beer called Bards beer. He makes it wheat free. Its hard to find sometimes. But if you look up their website they will tell you where you can by it in each state. Places here in NC sell it at Earth Fare and some small health food stores. It can be pricey. That could be a before you go out..I pay over 10 for a 6 pack. Open Original Shared Link...
  12. I am getting ready to fail my glucose test again while pregnant and I know its b/c I dont eat well, I work long shifts w/out breaks. So I looked on the back of Luna and Pria bars and they dont seem like they contain wheat but who ever knows anymore.. I was hoping someone had some name of protein bars that I could eat safely, that also dont have over 2...
  13. I have not been diagnosed w/ celiac for very long..maybe 3 years..so I truely dont have a grasp for the diet. HOwever I am pregnant and due ion June and my ketones are high and have been high for the past 2 months and the OB told me to get ready to fail the glucose test (which I took yesterday). I just read on the INternet that I may not be getting enough...
