I use a multi blend flour that I have found freezes very well and I have been able to substitute it for wheat flour in every receipe I have made my family and friends love my cakes, cookies.breads, and pies. I have had one itchy incident after I found out I had Celiac, did everything like you changed soaps, toilet tissue, new white underwear,bath soap, you name it I changed it my Dr was as frustrated as I was We started to eliminate items. Come to find out it was the over the counter birth control inserts and of course condoms are no good for Celiac suffers....

    I went a Dr for several months everything I ate would eventually be thrown up, headaches (which are still here just not as often) weakness, bruising, lack of bowel movements unless diahrea heavy short if any periods, VERY tired etc. My Dr did numerous test all negative. I was frustrated like everyone else I told her IF its in my head I NEED a shrink I cant...
  7. I have found people react differnetly to ingredients, I have to avoid Rosemary and I never buy anything that says the words modified food starch unless it says corn otherwise it might be wheat. I also dont buy anything that is made "gummy" fruit snacks, swedish fish,gum drops, etc they may or may not go down a convor belt that had been sprinkled with flour...
  8. I have been living with Celiac for 6 years now and still am learning all kinds of new information, SPleanda is made with maltodextrin which is an irritant to people who suffer from Celiac, I am sure that the cane sugars are effecting you also but thats why Splenda react to you.
