One more possibility for you....my son was sick all the time before he was diagnosed with celiac disease...when we were trying to figure out what was wrong with him my family doctor sent him to an allergist and a GI the same week...The allergist found a cronic sinius infection.. my son wasn't stopped up and seemed to breath fine except for his asthma problem...

My blood test was positive but my biopsy was not that bad at all...be sure your GI sent your blood test to a good lab....My sons pediatric GI said that some labs don't do a full scale test...just the basics...not sure what that means as I don't know excatly what all they have to test for but sometimes you might get a better result from a different lab never...
