  1. I love experments, I will try to see if I can make something from this...I have a few questions before I give it a whirl...did they use both millet and rice flour when they made there bread or the honey and agave nectar (don't really know what that is but will try to educate myself) also did they mix the olive and safflower oil? Don't worry if they did...
  2. I had a colonoscopy before I was diagnosed for celiac because they thought I had crons. My Gi told me that everything was fine and that I only had IBS...if celiac could be diagnosed that way I think she could find it...since she is in the same group as my sons pediatic GI who is the leading celiac GI in my area. When I asked him if I needed an endoscopy...

  4. I and my children have little or no damage to our intestines either but our blood tests were all positive... in the entersoscopy they take 3-4 small biopsies from different spots in your intestine...if they happen to get 3 or 4 spots that are healthy then your biopsey will come back normal...my son's pediatic gi was very careful to find spots that looked...

  7. I use toffutti brand (wildberry is my favorite one at least the one that tastes most like ice cream to me although the vanilla almond bark is pretty tasty as well) Sometimes I use So Delisous...it comes in mint chocolate and a really decent strawberry but the chocolate is pretty good too. but my favorite thing is to make my own smoothies from frozen fruit...

  14. Wow, I have read a lot of threds and am feeling like I am really blessed. My sons pediatric gi doctor was great when he was diagnosed. He gave us our first book about celiac and ordered blood tests for the whole family... and if none of the blood tests come back positive on the parents he does a gene test to find out what side of the family it came from...
  15. There still is alot of ignorance out there about celiac and I believe that a lot of old school doctors are more intested in giving you meds and hoping you will come back to see them again soon. I think that if celiac and other posible food intolerances were diagnosed a lot more doctors and drug companies would be out of business....I know my medical problems...
