  5. How do you know how much xanthum gum to use?
  6. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and 2 years ago was told by a blood test that she also has celiac. Every year her doctor does a full blood work up on her and her results just came back. Her doctor said that her results are still positive at 61. Any idea on what this means? Is she still getting gluten? Is that a high number? Thanks ...
  7. Richard- I just read my can and cant seem to find where the gluten is also I got it from the gluten free pantry, would they sell it if there is gluten in it? I also noticed on some of your posts that if the label says wheat, barley or rye it is not gluten free, what about oats? I am finding this diet so confusing, thank god for this board!!!!!

  11. I haven't tried any of the breads, I buy either Kinnikinnick or Deland Millet bread. I bet the breads are good and I found them very honest on what products kids seem to like and not like......Kelly
  12. The bakery is called Outside the Breadbox. The stuff is wonderful, my daughter loves the blueberry muffins, the carrot cake and the cookies. The problem is it is very expensive to ship so if you are going there then stock up.........Kelly

  16. I called Post and they said the cereal is not gluten free because of the oat flour so hear we go again since oats are so controversial. I just dont know what to do so for now I will worry about finding american cheese....kelly
  17. I hope this does not post twice. I have been feeding my daughter land o lakes american cheese for over a year now. Because she is symptom free this is very hard. Also I was told by someone on this board that Honey Combs, Alphabits and fruity pebbles are gluten free but now someone says they are not, what do I do? Is there any american cheese I can feed this...

  24. Does anyone know where I can find Valpiform cookies? My daughter loves the cookies but they come from France. Last time I got them I had to pay over $10.00 a box because of the shipping...............Kelly
