    thanks for your replies. She was diagnosed when she was 18 months old so it is not a new diagnoses but she has had alot of high blood sugars and is on the pump so I will have to look into that. Her doctors did check her thyroid and that was fine and also did confirm she was done growing but I will look into the other things. Thanks again!!!!!

    Quite awhile ago someone had posted a site that you could buy different rice flours from a asian market. The flours were only $1.00 a pound. I bought a bunch but just ran out and cant remember the site. Anyone know it? Kelly

    My daughter is eating McCanns oatmeat for breakfast at least 5 days a week and also I have been making her cookies alot with it.

    My daughter has been eating the oats for about 3 months and has had no reactions. She had bloodwork done 2 weeks ago and her numbers actually look much better than they had in previous blood tests. She has been gluten free for 4 years and has her blood tests once a year. This was the best one yet!!!

    In my local Stop and Shop the neopets cereal is 50% off right now because it is being discontinued. Does anyone know if it is Stop and Shop or the manufacturer discontinuing it? I finally found a cereal my daughter loves that is gluten free and now its leaving me. Kelly

    I used the Gluten free pantry piecrust for Thanksgiving and had to end up pressing it into the pie plate because it would not roll out! Any suggestions?

    I cant remember what someone had posted for a flour mix to bake with. I think it was equal parts of Rice flour, glutinous rice flour and Uncle Bobs all purpose flour. If someone knows if I am correct I would appreciate it. Kelly

    www.outsidethebreadbox.com has graham crackers and they are great. I use them for s'mores and crusts for cheesecakes and they are good for both. Kelly
