    i ran back to the store, its mcormic farms, they have a special brown egg that says Contains Omega 3, its injected with omega 3 with flaxseed that contains wheat... well so no brown eggs from that brand for me so there whites are safe then right? i dont wanna start my morning off with a glutening its gonna be a long day at work to begine with

    gar it seems like my stomic is on a non stop work mode.     since i hate making new posts, i figure i would add this on. Im becoming consernd once again about my bms. today i keep having just small drops like deer poop,( o well constipation sign but no biggi) but they are coming with like these white thingys that are clinged onto the stools and float in the water, wtf are they? is that a bad thing? or just undigested...

    i dont get how im not fully healed yet, its been like 5 months gluten free now, and i dont think i had that much damage to begine with. as for the cysts, i showed the doctor the one i have on my back about 3 months ago, he said its a benin cyst and just to put a warm compress on it and it will drain, aparently cysts are not bad unless they are under the muscle...

    anyone know of what gluten can hide under when it comes to shampoo? never found one that says weat or gluten on the list, so not sure if that meens there safe. i know gluten can hide under lots of names for foods is this the same for shampoos/deodarants and such?

    hienze is a divison of kraft, not owend but a division however that works, it even says kraft on the bag if you look for it. And they do clearly label allergens including weat (yes always read bags/labels always- i put that in my post) i was simply saying that they will always list allergens
