Hi Everyone, I have a question about the coconut flour. I found coconut powder at the asian market and wonder if it is the same as coconut flour? It has a grainy look rather than smooth like I would expect a flour to look. Elaine

Hi Everyone, I went to the local asian market yesterday and found coconut "powder". Is this the same as coconut flour? I copied a recipe from this board using coconut flour and wanted to try it. I'm just not sure these are the same thing. The texture of the powder looks grainy rather than smooth like a flour. BTW a big THANKS to this gorup... -

I never could find the Progresso cream of chicken soup so I tried the recipe for "Cream of anything soup" from the site that Linda posted and it was great. I made cream of mushroom to use in a cassrole and my husband liked it too. It was easy to make and didn't take long. -

Hi, I have a bread recipe that I have used for several years. It took some work at first to get it right but I really like it now. I bake it in a medium size loaf pan. I don't mind a bit. I agree everything has to be fresh. I too tried dried parsley and it just wasn't the same. I even tried dried green pepper once and there was no flavor to it. Thank goodness my husband loves green pepper as much as I do. We even have a dog who begs for bites of pepper when I am cutting it up. Lane
