  1. Sherry, How long til results on the metabolic panel? Sounds like a promising doctor.
  2. Kassandra, I'm glad you got through the proceedure ok. That is alot of meds to take before noticing a difference! Hoping for good results next week......I'll be looking for an update, as always.
  3. I'll be waiting to hear about this. Sarah, Sorry I don't know anything.
  4. Happy Belated Birthday Peter! Hope you had an enjoyable day.
  5. I would agree that ART points to things that are the main stressors at that time. I watched a DVD on stem cell treatment. It was pretty good. Don't know about plant stem cell.
  6. I think susie q knows french. She's quite indisposed right now with the deaths in her boyfriends family though. She knows a few languages but I don't know which ones.
  7. I don't think it's a wise thing to do with fillings either. Didn't Lisa have a challenge with her fillings? She got a high score, in part due to her fillings and if I remember correctly her health suffered even more. I would think if it had been a safe thing my doctor would have had me do it two years ago when I had my hair analysis done. The gal...
  8. What they said. Nancy, Sounds like you have a good doctor anyway. Hope you can start making baby step progress so you can work on getting a handle on the thyroid and metals.
  9. Hang in there Katy! I hope this stuff works too. Dairy, definately a good thing if your body tolerates it. Ok, I'm missing my ice cream now.....we are out and hubby is out of range since he's not picking up his phone.
  10. Uh-oh......if that's cult status.......I'd better slink away real quite like. I don't wear makeup that often right now.....I imagine I'll eventually get into the routine of wearing it more though.
  11. Happy Birthday Kassandra!
  12. If you do in fact have celiac or a known gluten intolerance with a celiac gene then you would definately need to remain gluten free. Sherry is one who has celiac and lyme. There are others (like Carla) who don't have the celiac genes that are doing fine on gluten now.
  13. Not everyone who does muscle testing does ART (Autonomic Response Testing). You'd have to call and ask. Dr Klinghardt was one of the developers of this method of muscle testing. The Dr that Sherry and I see is also a chiropractor and she trained under Dr K.
  14. Nancy, Glad you got a diagnosis and are starting treatment. Sherry, Good news that only the babs is showing up now.......hopefully that will stay that way.
  15. I don't have lyme, but would say if money is an issue that the western blots are definately more important. Lyme can cause intolerances on it's own. An IgG ELISA may be beneficial to pinpoint foods to begin with, but may not be accurate if it's a compound in foods and not the food itself that is causing the problems.
  16. Did you say moderation! What's moderation! I have an easier time with moderation with cheese than I do ice cream though. Off to look at the webpage..... Sherry, I'd tend to believe ART as it seems to be right on with what Rachel and Donna have done. That's just me though. I'll be doing a more thorough ART this fall right after...
  17. Julie, What's the C Reactive Protein measure? Do you know?
  18. Sherry, I'll be anxiously awaiting your test results as well. Kassandra, Hope the pre-op goes smoothly. Sorry about the mepron effects.
  19. Mamaw, I believe it's around $200 for the Western Blots (IgG/IgM). Both would be needed. Susie, I usually just read along on the lyme thread........great to hear you are doing so much better.
  20. I'm sorry Paula. I don't know what would be effective for detoxing and it would depend on what would work for you as well. Chlorella might work, but I don't know if you can handle it. Maybe others will have better ideas.
  21. Donna, How long til you know the results of the scopes?
  22. I'd definately put my vote in for the anxiety, but all could be contributing. I'll be anxiously awaiting the package.
