    I made this wonderful scrub! Pour some table sugar into a jar, and add a little olive oil and stir. If you want it thinner, add more oil. I wanted it to smell nice, too, so I added a few drops of almond extract, and some dried lemon peel. It's a pleasure to wash my face with. I can't wait until it runs out so I can try other flavors. I'm thinking...

    I'm pretty paleo. I eat rice crackers occasionally, and I won't turn down sushi, if offered , but I don't prepare other grains for myself. I eat root veggies in the winter (I'm not as interested in them in the summer), but I aim for the weird ones - parsnips and rutabagas and maybe beets. Minimal potatoes.

    A couple years ago I did Eastern Europe gluten-free. I had no problems. I mostly ate cheese and meat and fruit from the markets. And lots of chips I also stayed in hostels, but I bought a small cheap pot while I was there, and used that to cook in. Don't let worry about food mess with your plans. It'll all be fine.

    I'm just spitting out ideas Is the pain between periods? I would expect that an ovarian cyst would hurt more with ovulation - about two weeks before your period. Does it hurt more during your period? If so, you might want to consider endometriosis. Did your bladder infection get cleared completely? Could it have moved into your kidney?
