  1. OMG...still today I feel like I am going to throw up. I have yellow BM's, and I am nauseaus. What the heck did I do to myself.
  2. Yep....like anxiety but to the next level. And it reminded me of when I went gluten free. Those first couple of months where you go up and down, and realized just how sick I was then. I guess thats why I am so disappointed with myself. Each day is a new day, and a new opportunity to start again though.
  3. Yeah...this reaction has me feeling like I am losing my mind. I never thought it would be that intense. Is that normal? Like paranoid, achy...holy cow.
  4. Hi everyone, It's been awhile since I have been on. For a while I was doing really well, then in December my mother passed away. The 9th to be exact and her funeral was the 12th. If you don't remember, my father died in 2005 two days after Christmas. I am also working out a marital issue. So there is lots of stress and thats something I am addressing...
  5. Coutry Life ~ Vegetarian~ Sub Lingual ~ Vitamin B12 ~ 500 mcg Certified to have no: Yeast, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial colors.
  6. Me after 2 mos It took me a week to get really sick.
  7. Well.....now I'm second guessing myself. I'll look at the bottle when I get home. But I just remember the Calci something word. But....it seems to be slowly doing what it needs to do.
  8. It's actually D3...... My new doc condulted with my old doc who runs the center for celiac disease at the University of Chicago. She specifically said D3...and its the Calci something or another .... Its really interesting how things seems to me slowly improving minus some odd things liek hot flashes
  9. Be careful, keep well hydrated and if at any time you feel really sick, call your doctor right away. I am particularly sensitive and ended up in the ER day 5 of mine.
  10. Hey Everyone... Day three on this and I get flushed periodically in my face, almost like hot flashes. Little dizzy here and there. But for the first time in AGES....I woke up early and I was not dragging myself back to bed. And the blurriness in my sight is getting much better. Any experience with D therapy??? I have had less indigestion too...
  11. Also..... With this D deficiency....anybody get some blurriness and fatigue???
  12. Yeah I'm paying for it anyway right?? I NEVER CONNECTED THE Muscle cramping to the D..... I get the alot too....but I just thought it was being tired...
  13. Well they said mine is barely there at 7.9 something, they are calling it 8 and said I HAVE to rigidly do 50,000 IU a week for 12 weeks... Anybody ever do this??
  14. It's official, 50,000 IU once a week for 12 weeks. Eeehhhh, that scares me.... Anybody have experience?
  15. Sooo this doc I decided to go to...because it was closer....says...He doesn't know what to give me. I called my original gastro docs and said Please let me come back, this guy doesn't know what hes dealing with. I want to start the script you gave me the 50,000 IU a week. for 8 weeks. Ugggghhhh I have the pills here now...don't know if I should take...
  16. I think I just need to get them to get the D situation taken care of pronto....but Yeah... even thoguh the portion was no bigger than the palm of my hand it was still probably too much for my gut to take.... I am just curious if any other people have this issue....
  17. Yeah...and I never thoguht about the production lines. Well scratch that indulgence then for me
  18. Well on my adventure of low vitamin D, I decided to eat a steak. WHOA My gut can't take it anymore. The D, burping, and with the D, not to be too graphic but some of it looks the same as it went in. Anybody have this issue with beef????? It has been probably since summer last year that I had had beef.
  19. Outside of indigestion...I have no iddues with Wavy Lays....althougth at this point...I have decided...why put crap in my body when I need to get this whole sitation sorted out still. But I do indulge in those from time to time...
  20. I'm betting...I get that vitamin D horse pill in my and it should help with alot of these things going on. CAN YOU BELEIVE... postive blood work Osteopenia and Porosis, deficiencies in zinc, A, D and E Teeth issues - soft enamel and DH 6 months gluten free....and the blood work is back to normal, and all my levels that indicated inflamation...
  21. Hey I am moving to Clayton, NC if Heel means what I think it means. Anyway...vitamin D would be a specific lab, not grouped with the CBC Your doctor would single out the vitamin levels. Ask him specifically about any vitamin levels and ask what numbers they are so you can keep track of them.
  22. I have been getting bone pain, muscle spasms and dizzy for a while whie on the gluten free diet...and the big D. But in general felt ok. I just got my latest D level back and it was 8. When he said it I thought he was urgently calling about a level of 80 and I was like thats ok..no big deal. He said NO 8, as in singular 8. I almost dropped the phone...
