  1. That is list was made in 2004 but is the current one for their store as they have not added any products. I was in the store just today, and that is what the manager said. It was ill advised. But you gotta try if you want to I guess, I would'nt though.....

I shop at an Actual Wild Oats Store, and I asked about this today They said to follow this....and always only do what your doc says....but if its not on this list...they don't endorse it as being gluten free.....and basically don't even "go there" if you're not sure and its not on the list....again though..even some things on this list....are not good...
  3. GI doc says that this can cause problems....because of its content is wheat based and unless I wear gloves or essentially hose down afterwards not to do it????
  4. Well thats the mix I was eating.....honey, cant, and watermelon.... Now....I'm burping...lightheaded,,,,,and blech,,,, I guess thats one off the list for a week to see.... Anybody else out there???

I was feeling fine till I ate it.......no I am burping up watermelon.... Prior to that....some enjoy life cookiies and a lara bar....both have never given me problems,,, *wahhhhhhhh*;sad...

  15. I have totally had to scale down everything to totally all natural, non-packaged, from scartch cooking and eating. The only thing not from scratch are some gluten free cookies, breyers ice cream, and rice bread. I feel like such a whiny baby...ya know....I look in the fridge and whine to myself (I'm a newbie) and then for a while now as I have been learning...

Atleast thats my assesment of whats going on, because I don't when its some all natural like fruit, a veggie, or something hard on your intestines like broco or cashews.   23. If you are off the antibiotics I would just try cleansing and drink lots of water, and maybe stop the probiotics. I had a similar reaction to them. Also, keep it blan, like apple sauce, gluten free rice pudding, Lara Bars (www.larabar.com), water, and bannas.
