  2. I have a mask and glvoes now, and I use premade cookie dough for my son, where I just use gloves to put it on the sheet.

  6. Um, I just don't get, how people seem to think its mind over matter and we can "will it away", take a pill, or "get over it". Maybe, because most people when you tell them what you can't have, they go..holy cow. that leaves practically nothing! Thats dangerous, that would be like him having a peanut allergy and you giving him peanuts in dish ground up...
  7. I ate all natural, beef. Now I am gassy, burping, feeling that tickle in my thorat. Coughing a little... Anyone have trouble digesting beef? I think that may be it....
  8. YOu guys are right. So no watching that kid.....and just send it to the state. I gave him till October 25th to pay September and October. If I get short changed, or given an excuse, or not paid. I will send in the paper work to the state. Should I be creative with the no watching the kid thing like wait till Thursday night, or tell him now.

Doc says....since 2 mos ago...all my hep C and etc was normal outside of some slightly elevated liver enzymes.....she thinks its a bug....and the celiac.   17. Tweezers are a good idea too.... I don't want to get rid of the fish having had to give away the cat, my son (who is 5) has been so good with all the house hold dietary changes around the house.....he's the best lil trooper. I have been showing him how to do it without feeding them too much...so I think he will be able to do it right in another week...

My boss, knows if I have run to the bathroom more than 3 times, or if I am sitting there sick in my seat the only thing that will help me is going to rest and trying agian tomorrow.   20. YOu kjnow who has been EXCELLENT....despite thinking it would be hopeless. Denny's and Noddle's. Yeah, Denny's. Apparently Denny's have atleast one grill they use for allergy cooking......and if you tell them...no sauce etc etc...they do it. Noodle's & always have 4 cooking stations directed to what they call "Allergy Aware" you tell them...
  21. ok...my body gave my my own answer,..... I am burping like crazy and coughing now....and I thought I was doing ok. It's certainly not gluten....but it obviously doesn't agree.... That quick though...within 20 min??? ---- I'd still ike to hear what people have done with it....or have experienced with it. Buckwheat that is.....
  22. ok...I made sure my tummy was empty minus an apple slice...and tried a certified gluten and wheat free buckwheat waffle with raspberry and blueberry bits.... *crossing my fingers* Anyone have any experience with buckwheat and its uses???
