    Instead of the candida diet, maybe try the SCD? It's focus is on healing the gut. I did the candida diet many times and I wished I had known about the SCD then.

    There are some recipes on how to make candies from honey. They sounded very yummy! I think it depends on the person and how upset your system is. Some may be able to get right back in the boat. Others may have to go back to intro... I think you have to play it by ear and see how you feel.

    Here's how I managed to make yogurt out of stuff I already had I used a large stainless pot. I can fit 4 large mouth quart mason jars inside. I put the heating pad under it on Medium.     I got the results of my son's Stool Analysis today. He has a parasite called Blastocystis Hominis. His bile acids were a little low but everything else looked okay.
