actually i'm pretty sure reese's fast breaks are safe, they don't have wafers. its the reese's sticks that have wafers and aren't safe. i just read the ingredients on the fast break and it looked ok.

when i want to eat bread that isn't toasted, what i do is defrost it in the microwave, then put it in the toaster watching closely only letting it be in for a very short time so that it just heats it and not make it crispy. it taste great and is not soggy it works well with the kinnikinnik.

i started feeling bettet in a few months ( i have been gluten-free for about 9 months) i have to say when i first started i did cheat intentionally, but i paid for it. when i retook my blood test it was still high 6 months later, my doctor said it should have been back to normal by them. but now i am strict about what i eat to make sure it is gluten-free... -

i know that i am probably just wishing that they were and they most likely arent but does any one know if the nacho lunchables are safe, they are a kraft product and kraft says it will list gluten but i saw like modified food starch and natural flavors and well maybe i was getting too excited so if any one can say yes they are or no they arent thanks

my biopsy was negative too, but blood work was positive. like everyone said if you have been gluten free for five years its not goin to show that u have celiac. my doctor also said that i could have had damage and other stuff that would of made my biopsy positive but probably lower down where they couldn't get to or see
