    Jefferson Adams is Celiac.com's senior writer and Digital Content Director. He earned his B.A. and M.F.A. at Arizona State University.     Lately we've seen a lot of people asking about Ritz crackers. Specifically, are Ritz crackers gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? The short answer is no, Ritz crackers are not gluten-free. Here's the rundown.
    Original Ritz crackers, and all varieties of Ritz crackers, are made with wheat flour, so they are not gluten-free, or safe for people with celiac disease.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
