Dear Bouchra, I don't want to confuse you, but I must told you that the blood test supposed to check whether you're celiac or not, it's not reliable. Your doctor gave you a good advice : do the biopsy and the endoscopy so you will have a proper result. Let us know what the result will be and, for the moment, keep eating gluten, as the gluten-free diet has caused you a lot of severe problems...
so all "Certified" gluten free is 5 ppm?
Good Morning, You are absolutely right. Thank you for explaining everything with details. Now it makes sense. I have to take vitamins. I will ask my Dr when I will see him. I can’t wait for endoscopy to check if I caused lot damage. Sorry my mind is going crazy I can’t think straight. Now I have better understanding for celiac diseases. Thanks again, Bouchra
