@N00dnutt, I don't think it is correct to place celiac disease and Crohn's in the category of endocrine disorders. They are autoimmune disorders. Endocrine disorders affect organs that are glandular in nature and secrete hormones such as the pancreas and the thyroid. @Lotte18 G'day. Ironically, we're fairly lucky in Australia. Given the high prevelance of gluten-free and, other Endocrine disorders (Crohn's for instance), labeling laws and awareness is high, so it makes it somewhat easier to identify accessible foods.
