Thanks for sharing. I just wish they would get savvy to the depression anxiety connection and mention it once in a while, it's often the first symptom, but at least they did say that some are GI symptom free.

Not a bad article but as usual the focus is on the GI symptoms of celiac. There was no mention here of the disabling neurological damage that is the symptomolgy of many with Celiac and with non-celiac gluten sensitivity.

I provided info to my GP who was astounded - never knew there were any neurological implications - it was a tummy and D thing! Claire

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
