Chicken Soup (gf) For Celiac's Soul?

I was just on the website for the series of Chicken Soup books and noticed that they take proposals for new book ideas. Does anyone think that a book like this would have enough interest? Is there a place for a 'warm & fuzzy' type book on this disease?

I thought it would be great if in the title it said Chicken Soup (Gluten Free) for the Celiac's Soul!

The website is: www.chickensoup.com

What do you all think???

thanks

I think it's a great idea. I know that I would buy it. :) I could use any warm and fuzzy's I can get. Considering 1 in 133 people have Celiac, I think that there should be enough interest.

Sounds comforting. I'd buy one. I'm sure we wouldn't be the only ones.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
