Now that the holiday season has officially arrived I'm thinking about spending time with family and eating lots of delicious food.  The star of this particular souffle recipe is butternut squash and is definitely a crowd-pleaser, plus it's gluten-free and grain-free and so delicious.  Try it out and let me know what you think!

      I am going to see my Disease Doctor in a couple of months and he will explain to me why they told me not to eat red meat. I wish he could have just told me over the phone.

      My feeling is that histamine intolerance/MCAS is doesn't get enough press in the medical world and is greatly underdiagnosed.

      Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system? I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.

      Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo.
