The Gluten-Free Detective: How to Track Down Hidden Contamination in Your Own Kitchen
I have read a study about cross contact. It found that a mixed use toaster doesn't result in more than 10 or 20ppm (sorry I forget which) so I'm surprised that this article would still recommend a separate toaster or very wasteful toaster bags. Did the author take that study into account?- celiac disease
