Hi everyone (i’m new),

what i wonder is if anyone has any trouble with vinegar (even with such small amounts that comes, for instance, from the gluten free mayo you use ,  or simply if you put some vinegar into your salad). That’s first.

Second is, do you experience any bad effects of even smidgen amounts of spicey stuff(or anything derived from that). I actually am certain that you’re very likely to, in case of chili ingestion or something but , what about “paprika oleoresins” which is only a coloring ingredient?

Every response will be appreciated.

note: Posted under the wrong topic sorry. Tried to delete it to repost it under the right one but couldn’t

I find after a flare with UC or after glutening I have to avoid vinegar and spices...Compare your damaged intestines to a carpet burn......
Anyway I tend to stick to coconut vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Smidgens of balsamic but find it can make me feel off.

Mayo...I use only primal kitchen now days. They do not use any grains in any of their condiments, expensive but with my other issues the peace of mind and not getting sick is priceless. (they use beet vinegar)

I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free.  If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef.  I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs.  Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through.  I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease  Both sides of my family are celiac
