I’m looking for a good gluten-free magnesium supplement that isn’t the oxide form and the Natural Calm products say gluten free on them, but when I contacted them they said that it is a shared facility/equipment that gets “thoroughly sanitised” before gluten-free products are made.

I’m not sure if I want to try it or not so I was just wondering if any of you have tried it before and what your experience was!

Many of us use it, as a citrate you have to dose to tolerance and ease into it. IE start with a scale and 2g or 1/4tsp, and up it that much each day til you get loose stools then back it down til it firms up.

If you find the citrate form irritates you you can try Doctors Best Magnesium Glycinate.

Okay thank you! I just wasn’t sure if I’d be fine with it given the shared equipment in manufacturing... I tend to be quite sensitive with that sort of thing so it sucks having to take the risk of it making me sick
