Yeah I assume others get this, but due freaking out I think I'm going to sleep on the couch tonight. Just because I found one worm crawling on my bed (and god, who knows how many of those live in everyones house). I went through all my quilts (both sides), and there are no more, but I'm still seriously like freaking out. Those anxiety, panic attacks, and restlessness symptoms are definitely kicking in right now.

I'm tired, but I dont want to sleep because I'm scared something is going to come crawling on me during the night. I know its one stupid bug, yet I'm still definitely having panic attack. :o

Help...

Who else gets this, please tell me i'm not the only one...

You're not the only one. Hang in there!!!

I had a similar experience and for me it took medicine to help me out but I don't suggest that for others unless you're already under a dr.'s care who advises it. Mine did and for a long time I refused. I tried every natural anti-anxiety/depression cure out there. My anxiety attacks would mainly include feeling like I couldn't breathe, could hear my own heartbeat, dizziness, nausea, and I would have these odd, weird, morbid dreams of death and dying. I was paranoid, but only about going out in public!! I was NEVER like this before going gluten-free. I think taking wheat out of your diet can cause a multitude of problems for some of us. Even though my stomach got better, these anxiety symptoms got bad after going gluten-free for some reason.

If you want to go natural you can try Gaba or 5-HTP, both of which you can find at any natural foods/vitamins store. You can also try relaxation/meditation/yoga type stuff. I did all of this for months to no avail but it has helped others.

Mine must have been chemical because as soon as my meds kicked in, it was gone.

See a doctor!!!! There's no need to suffer without help!!!

That would totally freak me out too.

Jk, are you still on the meds or were you able to stop them after a while?

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
