Archway Coconut Macaroons

I just called the Archway company to ask since my husb loves these cookies. The man in customer service knew imediately what I was talking about. It was nice that I didnt have to explain the whole celiac disease thing. Well he said that the coconut macaroons USED to be gluten-free, but they now contain wheat as the last ingrediant. he did say it was just a trace amt, but even that is too much.

They said they couldnt afford a dedicated line to remain gluten-free.

SAD!

There is a Coconut Macaroon that is gluten-free, Jennie's, they are really good... also, you can make them yourself, I posted my stepmom's gluten-free coconut macaroon recipe in the recipe section!

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
