I suppose so.   Have you searched the forum?  I think I recall this topic coming up several times.   I did read this article (though I bet you have researched this topic throughly).

GretchenP,

I do a lot of nutrition research and come upon things "I bookmark" so if the topic ever comes up again...

I will have an answer for it next time....there always is a next time...

I didn't have a literal bookmark in this case....but I knew what to look for and where to look for it....

So I found some articles/Links that can help you.

https://healthfully.com/fecal-body-odor-6766475.html

See the TMAU paragraph...

Try taking some powdered stomach acid BetaineHCL and Riboflavin (B-complex is better)....because it will have all your B's....but if you want to be sure it is the Riboflavin....take just it...

Here is an article about it...entitled "Riboflavin-Responsive Trimethylaminuria (aka TMAU) in a Patient with Homocystinuria on Betaine Therapy"

The Riboflavin will cause your urine to change a bright yellow....this  might take a few days for it to occur because your body is absorbing it all in the beginning...

I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advise.

2 Timothy 2: 7 “Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things” this included.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
