Publix Raspberry Seltzer?

Due to an Instacart mixup, I've got a ton of Publix Rasberry Seltzer on hand, and would like to drink it.  Normally, I avoid anything with 'Natural Flavors' on the label, but I also know that this is really unlikely to have any gluten in it.

Thought I'd see if anyone had any experience with this product.  Hate for it to go to waste.

Thanks!

I think legally (in USA) it has to mention if it contains gluten or the top 8 allergens, so I wouldn't be concerned there, but you might still get nauseated if you drink too much; that's my two cents. Insert joke about my username here 🤭

It should be safe from gluten:

Scott, that’s really interesting about natural flavors. I thought I was pretty up to date on the things to not worry about, but I missed that one.

Opens up a whole new world of possibilities!

Sorry, I think I got you mixed up with another poster.

I hadn't been eating gluten free before having the antibody test done. I started eating gluten free after having the test done because the gastro PA told me to eat gluten-free for 6 months. I'm now 3 months in.

I tend to agree with RMJ. Your doc took the reasonable and practical approach to diagnosis. All things considered, it was the right way to go. However, if you have first degree relatives that show signs of possible celiac disease, urge them to get formally tested before they start the gluten free diet.

It sounds like you have a very reasonable GI doctor, who diagnosed you based on family history and symptoms after eating gluten. I would consider you lucky! The other option would be to make yourself very sick by doing weeks of a gluten challenge prior to an endoscopy.
