Back to the bread

So last time I got sick was om May 1st after making my own buckwheat bread.  Today I bought gluten free bread and got sick!  I can't eat any bread, I have been gluten free since the beginning of April.  I buy gluten-free products, I am careful and I still get sick>  What am I missing here?  Is it possible that I am sensitive to some other ingredient in the Schar's bread?  So it contains millet, maybe that is it, I got sick recently when I consumed millet, this is hard to cope with.  Should I cut out all the bread's, yet I did the gluten-free pancakes and those were fine.  This bread was a multigrain, maybe that is why, any answers???  Or suggestions??

You may want to try the Autoimmune Protocol diet until your intestines heal more and can absorb nutrients better.

You may need to keep a food diary to find additional intolerances, for example eggs, yeast, corn, soy, milk, etc.

Thanks, I am keeping a food diary, corn seems good, eggs too, it could be some other ingredient.  It seems I can keep the grains down when they are cooked separate, like quinoa, buckwheat groats but when combined in bread it does not work, could be yeast.

It can take longer than 6 months for antibodies to drop to the normal range,  My DGP IgA took a few years as I got stricter and stricter about being gluten free  But having symptoms again could also mean you’re getting some gluten in your diet.

Hi, I just had my 6 month check after being diagnosed Celiac 6 months ago.  All of my panel numbers were normal except: Deamidated Gliadin Abs, IgA (It is 31 with high being over 30)  I have also been having symptoms again. Am I not actually being as careful as I think I am or does it take longer than 6 months for this particular test to come back down?  I can't get ahold of my doctor this week as she is out.     Thank you!

That is very strange, because it looks to me like two very different test results, but for the same test! It's definitely time to contact your doctor for clarity on this.

Scott, thank you SO MUCH for this!! She has been through so much in the last three years as we've tried to track down answers. This language will definitely help me help her to reframe.
