Green Vibrance

Hi everyone, I’m finding it difficult to figure out if the Green Vibrance powder is safe for celiacs. It says gluten free but not celiac certified. There are “grasses” in the mix but am told that they are cut before the head grows (about 6”-12”) so there is no potential for gluten. My concern is Even though I’m not getting sick after consumption, my DH has returned and over been doing so well. The Green Vibrance has been the only change. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you!

If they include things like wheat or barley grass, one thing I noticed early on when Jamba Juice introduced their wheat grass shots is that when the grass is growing some of the seeds get pushed up, and the employees would cut the grass and include a seed or two sometimes in the juicer. I can see this as a source of contamination, so I'm not really sure how they could avoid this, especially when making large quantities of it. The amount of gluten would likely be very low, but it still might be noticeable if you are super sensitive.

Could you wear a mask at work to reduce your inhalation of flour?

Sounds like for the good of your own mental health its time to find another living space anyway. It may be best for everyone concerned.

In the U.S. endoscopies are typically done under light sedation. You wouldn't even be aware of what's going on or remember it.

Thank you both so much, for the helpful advice on this topic & I am happy that it's not in my head,on my body telling me that something is up with my symptoms & needs a doctor's input on. I have a strong feeling in my gut, that my symptoms are either related to a gluten sensitivity,or even Celiac Disease itself. I am keeping a detailed track of my symptoms,& what foods I ate that triggered them to happen, because I know this will help me to better answer my doctor's questions on my symptoms. I am gonna ask for the blood test,& I am a little nervous lol about maybe having to get the Endoscopy but honestly if the blood test & Endoscopy helps diagnose whatever issues going on with my...
